About the Role
Lumera is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Specialist to manage our digital presence and produce engaging content across multiple platforms. This role combines content creation with social media management, ensuring our brand maintains a strong and consistent voice while driving engagement and audience growth.

The ideal candidate understands social media trends, storytelling, and visual content, and can collaborate closely with the marketing team, videographers, and designers to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Lumera’s presence across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals
• Develop creative content ideas including posts, reels, short videos, and stories
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and content concepts that align with the brand voice
• Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and graphic designers to produce high-quality content
• Publish and schedule posts while ensuring consistency across platforms
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and growth
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats
• Assist in launching digital campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English
• Ability to plan and execute creative content ideas
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Experience working with marketing teams, designers, or video production is an advantage
• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools and content planning
